Elise's Challenge for PBCA

Elise Sargent was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer in January 2025. Despite undergoing extensive chemotherapy and a 16-hour surgery, she is taking on three incredible athletic challenges — all to raise funds for the Portsmouth Bowel Cancer Appeal.

Her challenges:

  • Cycling the Tour de 4 in Glasgow
  • Swimming the Swim Serpentine in Hyde Park
  • Running the 10-mile Great South Run in Portsmouth

Elise has so far raised £1,720 from 48 donations. Every donation makes a real difference to bowel cancer patients at QA Hospital.
